Olive oil production was one of the greatest ideals that our father Nebi Yorgun had dreamed of for years. He instilled the same love and passion in us. Its goal was to produce oil with high-quality olives in a hygienic environment with state-of-the-art machinery. And finally, in 2021, Niz Olive, whose name we named after being inspired by the village where it is located, was born.
