Like everything in life, hobbies evolve and businesses too. The De Anita farm in Carmona, Spain, was acquired to breed horses. But the equestrian sector has been in crisis for a decade. However, olive oil offers entrepreneurs new possibilities. In 2018, 1,391 olive trees of the Picual variety were planted in a traditional way. The farm has an irrigation system and, in 2021, obtained the ecological certification.
