Aminess

Aminess has cultivated Frantoio, Leccino and Istarska bjelica olives for nine years. We currently produce about 5,000 liters of oil each year. Each variety brings a unique flavor and aroma, depending on the features of the fruit. Vergal is already a part of local heritage, and Aminess maintains its vivid tradition by presenting the destination of Novigrad, Istria, through this exclusive and historical product.
