This olive oil comes from the Kallas family orchard in the village of Elaia, district of Monemvasia, Lakonia, in the southern Peloponnesian region of Greece. The village's name, Elaia, is derived from the area's traditional meeting place: the large olive tree, by which locals and field workers would gather. The name "First Press" is a marriage of our passion for tradition and craft and the age-old process that releases the finest nectar from the olive.
