In Canino, between Latium (Rome) and Tuscany (Florence), we have a millenary tradition of olive oil production. The Caninese variety grows here, perhaps the oldest native Italian variety, as shown in Etruscan frescos. The area is truly unique. Halfway between the sea and the volcanic cone of Bolsena Lake, we have different types of terrain and different micro-climates that make our oils unique each year.
