The Fattoria di Volmiano is located 20 kilometers from Florence, Tuscany. Here, we grow 22,000 Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino trees on 80-hectare estate. Gerardo and Lapo converted the company to organic methods in 2012, believing in its values and the importance of preserving the area's biodiversity. In 2018, a new crusher with a continuous cycle and oxygen depression system was introduced to the mill. Thanks to this, we can use nitrogen containers for the storage of their EVOOs.
