We are new producers of olive oil who aim for very high quality, with oils rich in natural antioxidants. Our oils are extracted from the northwest of Tunisia and crafted from the Chetoui variety. We respect all the best practices for obtaining oil. The fruits used are healthy and in good condition. They come from mountainous ecological plots. The extraction is carried out cold in order to preserve all the quality of the olive oil which was not subsequently filtered.
