Our passion for extra virgin olive oil begins in the countryside. We make premium oil through regenerative and ecological agriculture on our l’Empordà estate. Centennial and young trees coexist on the estate and receive two beneficent influences: the gentle sea and the colder atmosphere of the Pyrenees, which descends to the Mediterranean. The Arbequina and Argudell varieties give us adaptation and uniqueness.
Winning at the NYIOOC is a great honor and a great recognition for everybody involved in making Olirium organic olive oils. The two Gold Awards are a fantastic prize and serve as a great motivator to keep us working toward excellence, while taking care of the soil, the environment and the planet.
