Domaine Adonis

On the heights of Mjez El Beb, in the northwest of Tunisia, grow the majestic hundred-year-old olive trees of the Domaine Adonis. Respect for ancestral traditions in the picking of our olives and in the extraction of its precious oil gives our product a unique quality and aromas as well as a high level of polyphenols. We harvest and bottle our extra virgin olive oils using the first-cold extraction process with modern processing equipment including a two-phase Mori-tem plant .
