We proudly produce EVOO used by top chefs in the dreamy Deluz hills of Southern California. Our olives are exclusively harvested by hand and milled on our estate in less than 12 hours. We grow five Italian olive varieties known for their high content of polyphenols to produce an extraordinary EVOO rich in flavor. We strictly follow organic and biodynamic practices. Chateau de Luz was founded in 2021 by Sandra Austoni, whose ancestors have grown olives since the early 1800s in Provence, France.
