Château Calissanne

Château Calissanne, a thousand-year-old property in the heart of a unique 1,200-hectare territory, has been producing olive oil since 1846 in the Aix-en-Provence region. The family estate has 60 hectares of traditional olive groves: 100 olive trees per hectare (compared to 300 trees per hectare for a modern olive grove). Production is exclusively owner-harvested and all our olive oils have a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO): single origin, exclusively from our own olives.
