The Frantoio Buraschi was born in 1966 from Otello Buraschi’s passion for olive oil. While the company has grown over the years, Otello’s daughters Alessandra and Emanuela follow in their father’s footsteps, continuing his business with great dedication, innovation and care. The mill is active from September until the end of November: after first selecting the olive groves, the olives are harvested at the right degree of veraison–when they are healthy, intact and give off hints of freshness.
