Brist
Brist is a family-run business created in 2002 by Silvano Puhar based on a tradition of growing olives stretching back five generations. We produce extra virgin olive oil from both centennial, regenerated and newly planted olive groves. Located just outside the town of Vodnjan, the groves cover 25 acres of land and grow in optimal climatic conditions on the Istrian peninsula. Our olives are hand-picked and cold pressed on the day of harvest using the most cutting edge technology.
