We are two siblings, brother and sister, who took over our family business at the age of 21 and 25 after our dad passed away. Although we had already chosen different paths, we decided to come back and learn as much as possible, to be able to make high-quality olive oil. Since we are small producers, we choose quality over quantity. Limited production allows us to take good care of every single plant. We follow cultivation, production and bottling, all the way to label design.
