The De Robertis Estate prides itself on producing a high-quality EVOO from Coratina olives. Our olives are grown on our family estate of 30 hectares and crushed within six hours of harvest, extracted cold under 25 °C to retain their unique flavor and aroma. Our monovariety Coratina is full of polyphenols (more than 900 mg/kg), allowing for long shelf life and significant health benefits. We are located just minutes from Trani, on the east coast of Italy, in the region of Puglia.
