Yes, we could have made one more olive oil that would probably be reasonable and successful. However, our commitment to our customers was to produce the best extra virgin olive oil in Brazil, comparable to the best in the world. We researched the olive varieties that are best suited to our climate and found the ideal place for planting olives: the 31st parallel of the Southern Hemisphere. We focus our attention on details, from planting to neat packaging.
