Romero Verde is a family company dedicated to olive oil production. We produce extra virgin olive oil using early-harvested Picual olives. We begin picking the olives in October at the Santa Ana farmhouse in Navas de San Juan, near Úbeda, in Jaén. The extra virgin olive oil is made through cold extraction in our own mill, a careful process done with love to get the best possible quality.
