Big Win for Trifasic Inversiones’ O’live Brand
Spanish producer Trifasic Inversiones has won a Gold Award at the 2020 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for its O.live, a medium-intensity Picual monovarietal extra virgin olive oil.
For us, this is the best award in the olive oil world. We love it. It is the second year and the second Gold Award for us. We hope to continue to participate in the future and learn from other producers.

In the 2019/20 season, the company produced 20,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil in Andalusia using traditional methods.
"Is was a small harvest, but with a medium-high quality," CEO José María Chica Fernández said.
"For us, this is the best award in the olive oil world," he added. "We love it. It is the second year and the second Gold Award for us. We hope to continue to participate in the future and learn from other producers."
The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, held each spring in New York, is the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil contest and its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
