Big Win for Partridge Family Olive Co. at World Competition
The Partridge Family Olive Co.'s Points North Blend took home the Gold at the 2020 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.

The medium blend's win was the first for the California-based company in the world's most prestigious olive oil quality contest. Company owner Angela Partridge said she was "absolutely ecstatic" when hearing of the award today.
"This is definitely one of the best awards we've received to date. To reach this reach milestone has been a long-time goal, and finally all of the dedication, hard work and love of the olives produced fabulous results!" she said.
The producer managed to pull out the win despite less-than-optimal weather patterns in the area.
"Late rains and very hot summer, but very little issue with olive fly this harvest year. Yield was excellent for us," Partridge said.
The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, held each spring in New York, is the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil contest and its annual listing of award winners is considered the authoritative guide to the year’s best extra virgin olive oils.
