OPG Fabijančić Awarded for Istarska Bjelica
Croatian producer OPG Fabijančić has won a Gold Award at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition, the world's largest olive oil quality contest.
The Istrian producer earned its third Gold Award at the World Competition for its Vetta Istarska Bjelica brand, an organic medium Istarska Bjelica.

"We are proud to have once again received confirmation of our quality at this prestigious competition," owner Dean Fabijančić said. In 2022, the producer earned a Gold Award for a blend and Buža monovarietal.
OPG Fabijančić harvested 12 metric tons of olives using traditional methods in the 2024/25 crop year. "We had problems with drought and it did not rain enough," Fabijančić said.

OPG Fabijančić is listed in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
