We are very happy that we won our first Gold Award at NYIOOC. It is confirmation that we are working and going in the right direction.

The Dalmatian producer earned the award at the 2024 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition for its Orcolo brand, an organic medium-intensity Oblica.
"We are very happy that we won our first Gold Award at NYIOOC," co-owner Karlo Lazar said. "It is confirmation that we are working and going in the right direction." Before this year's Gold Award, Orcolo won Silver Awards in 2021 and 2022.
Lazar added that this year's award was especially gratifying after the difficulties the company faced during the harvest in producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil. "It was a very challenging and dry year in our region, but hard work paid off," he said.
