Frantoio Pruneti Contiues Legacy of NYIOOC Excellence
Italian producer Frantoio Pruneti has won ten consecutive recognitions at the world's most prestigious olive oil quality contest.
Situated in Tuscany, the company earned a Gold Award for its organic medium-intensity Frantoio at the 2025 NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition.
"We have been winning the NYIOOC Gold Award for many years, and it confirms that our excellence is always rewarded," owner Paolo Pruneti said.

"Knowing that our commitment is appreciated internationally is an important recognition for all our passion, care and sacrifice we dedicate every day as olive producers and a great achievement for all those who work in our company," he added.
Pruneti said the company, which boasts 35,000 olive trees in the well-known Chianti region, continues to succeed due to investment, research and meticulous dedication throughout the year, especially during harvest.
"New investment, continuing research and precision of extraction are the Pruneti secrets of success," Pruneti said. "The top quality of Pruneti oils, confirmed every year, is not a surprise but ought to be seen as a consequence of the immense attention and investment with which Gionni and Paolo take care of every phase of production."
Frantoio Pruneti is listed in the Olive Oil Times World Ranking.
