Our Valencano Istarska Bjelica organic extra virgin olive oil was produced at a unique, lonely location in the hinterland of the northern Adriatic close to Bale, Istria, under the influence of the deep red soil and the Mediterranean climate. The oil is crafted from the hand-harvested olives of about 250 trees. With the purchase of Valencano (formerly Fimas), Conny and Jörg fulfilled a big dream of owning an organic farm in spring 2022.
