It is considered the best because it retains all the natural flavor and aroma of the Ouesleti variety from Kairouan, Chemlali variety from the Sahel and Chetoui variety from the north. Our oil is exclusively produced in the region of the Ousselat, Trozza, and Serj mountains, where the fertile soil allows us to produce this masterpiece.

Trozza was born from the inventiveness of an olive oil enthusiast and the techniques made available to him by the oil mill on his Bozaring farm in Hafouz. The result is exquisite and organic extra virgin olive oil. This organic oil is an integral part of the whole region, and it is related to the biodiversity of the orchards. Trozza attests heaven and earth of unparalleled quality, and it is now the essence of a natural fruit that is rich in polyphenols.
