A robust EVOO, with a fruity aroma and herb notes that transfer well to the palate, our single cultivar Picual is pressed within hours of the fruit being picked to maintain the highest possible levels of polyphenols (the good healthy fats). It is a perfect everyday olive oil - high in antioxidants and full of flavor.
Where to Find Taralinga Estate's olive oil heritage began with Sam Tarascio's Nonno Turri, who operated an olive press in Sicily circa 1930. Sam founded Taralinga Estate to follow his vision of excellence and keep the family tradition alive in Victoria, Australia. Taralinga Estate is based on the pristine Mornington Peninsula overlooking coastal beaches. We harvest, press and bottle our extra virgin olive oils in our dedicated facility with modern processing equipment, including a two-phase Pieralisi plant.
