St-Elias unfiltered premium olive oil is made from Koroneiki olives. This particular fruit may be small, but the quality of the taste, flavor and the amount of natural antioxidants it yields is extensive. St-Elias Premium EVOO is native to the region of Messinia and it is important for us that we extract our olive oil within hours of our daily harvest in order to get the best quality of olive oil in each bottle. With a low acidity, full-bodied taste, it has a light, peppery aftertaste.
