Like many others in the Mediterranean, our family has traditionally produced olive oil for centuries. In 2016, Rachid Ben Salah and his sons decided to become professionals. They bought back the ancient family groves and took courses with specialists. They met with EVOO lovers from many countries who were willing to share their experience. Then they planted more trees and started to press on their own with care and love.
