Sapori Divini is crafted from two Sicilian cultivars, Nocellara and Biancolilla. This high-quality, versatile EVOO will instantly improve the flavor of every dish. Use Sapori Divini for sautéing, frying, or finishing. It is ideal for vinaigrettes, pasta, mashed potatoes, or to finish grilled vegetables. It is a medium-intensity oil with a green and fruity nose and food-friendly flavors, including tomato, tomato leaf and thyme. It has a subtle bitterness and finishes with a lingering pepperiness.
