Salvela Rosinjola

Salvela Rosinjola is an old local variety, widespread in the western part of Croatia's Istrian peninsula. The fruits are small and boast a green-violet color. They are rich in polyphenols, particularly oleocanthal, which creates a very aromatic and highly pungent extra virgin olive oil. Our oils are made from fruits produced in our groves. They are processed immediately after harvest and cold-pressed to preserve their characteristic aromas and accentuate their green colors and freshness.

Our wines and olive oils are entirely made in Istria, in different micro and macro locations. We cultivate and process indigenous grape and olive varieties in a sustainable way. What our variety of wines and olive oils share in common is that they represent the combination of Istrian tradition with modern production technologies and come from the peninsula’s very south – its sunniest and warmest part.
