Our multi-awarded single-variety organic Leccino EVOO is an estate-only, early harvest (October), hand-picked production. The olives are pressed within hours of the harvest, thus preserving all healthy attributes. It is mild with an initial pleasant peppery note. Round and creamy on the palate, it offers a full, rich almond aftertaste. It is always appreciated as the perfect matching flavor for dishes such as pumpkin soup, goat cheese, red beet or tomato salad, ricotta cheese or grilled octopus.

In the heart of Italy's Puglia region, near the picturesque town of Ostuni, lies the 12-hectare Tenuta Foggiali estate. With 3,000 olive trees, the estate has belonged to the Rosati family since 1895. Under passionate and hands-on management, our organic EVOOs represent our love for the provenance, terroir and preservation.
