Rosati Fruttato EVOO comes exclusively from Tenuta Foggiali's organic trees. Each olive is hand-picked in October and November and cold-pressed within hours after the harvest, thus getting a polyphenol-rich product. Our oil is intense and robust with a balance of peppery spices and green, grassy flavors, resulting in an artichoke aftertaste. It is the ideal finishing touch on bruschetta, soups, grilled meats, stews, aged cheese and dipping with bread.
Where to Find In the heart of Italy's Puglia region, near the picturesque town of Ostuni, lies the 22-hectares Tenuta Foggiali estate. With 3,000 olive trees, the estate has belonged to the Rosati family since 1895. Under passionate and hands-on management, our organic EVOOs represent our love for provenance, terroir and preservation.
