Our olives for our Estate EVOO were harvested on November 9, 2020. The olives were hand-picked, sorted, and milled within 12 hours – not only certified extra virgin olive oil but reserve quality. Some positive descriptors used by the tasting panel were green olive, green almond, grass and herbaceous. The polyphenol count on this oil is considered to be very high at 682.
