PJ Kabos Family Reserve

By PJ Kabos

PJ Kabos Family Reserve is made from pristine, hand-harvested olives. The groves are located in the mystical mountains of Peloponnese, Greece, close to Ancient Olympia. The mill's extraction process happens immediately after harvest. The result is a product of very low acidity with a medium tasting intensity, complex, persistent, and high in healthy polyphenols (410+ mg/kg, HPLC).

About PJ Kabos

PJ Kabos was founded by James Panagiotopoulos (PJ). James’ personal olive groves are trees lovingly planted by his father and grandparents more than half a century ago. Along with other olive groves in the surrounding area of Ancient Olympia, Greece, these trees produce the precious olive nectar of PJ Kabos. The high quality of our EVOO is ensured by the care taken during every step of the process, including before and during the harvest, extraction, storage, bottling and transportation.
