Pathos is a cold extraction extra virgin olive oil. It is monovarietal from the legendary Koroneiki. The olive groves are located in Korfes mountains in the area of Malevizi, Herákleion in Crete. The fields are cultivated organically and conventionally by the Saridakis and Nathenas families for many generations until today.
