Pamako Mountain Organic Blend

Our Mountain Organic Blend is made from 60 percent Tsounati and 40 percent Koroneiki varieties. The olives, which are handpicked from our centenary trees at 2,100 feet above sea level, are removed from the pits by hand before being malaxed and stored with Argon gas. The resulting oil is then bottled with Argon gas as well.
