Otello is the new intense fruity identity of Francesco Cillo's prestigious extra virgin olive oils. It owes its name to the famous opera loved by him so loved. Otello extra virgin olive oil boasts an intense fruity flavor thanks to its ripened olives, which are harvested roughly in mid-October. The percentage of Cultivar, carefully selected by experts, lends a strong and intense aroma to this refined oil. There is a limited series of 1,500 bottles dedicated to the most ambitious palates.

Our olive groves share similar characteristics with the best of the world. Hilly lands made of clay and sand allow us to obtain an EVOO that has an unmistakable taste. The microclimate conditions, which are typical of these lands, enable our olives to reach optimal ripening levels in addition to quality and refinement, all of which make people appreciate our oils. Using olives exclusively from our groves ensures that only the best ones are chosen and used to produce Francesco Cillo EVOO.
