Olivottoil Wild is a blend of Picholine (70 percent) and Ogliarola (30 percent) cultivars, harvested in mid-October in the Agro Mesagne region of Puglia. The olives are harvested over nets and milled with a two-phase decanter within 12 hours. The olive oil is stored without oxygen to preserve its healthy attributes: polyphenols, tocopherols and oleic acid, all of which exceed the EFSA antioxidant claims.

It is milled and stored with best-in-class technologies in Bosco's facility in Avetrana and is packed and sold to end-users only using online or co-op channels.
