This blend of four different olives grown on our farm is fruity with notes of bitter almonds and herbs. Its flavor has hints of artichoke and medicinal herbs, which lasts through the pleasantly bitter and lively finish.

Our first olive trees were planted in the mid-twentieth century, and four generations of Gioacchinis later, the grove has grown significantly. We are well-equipped to care for the farm and passionate about the good and the beautiful.
