O-Live & Co

By Olivos del Sur S.A.

O-Live & Co is an estate-grown and bottled EVOO. It is first cold extracted and has a maximum acidity of 0.2 percent. It's the first olive oil company certified as carbon neutral worldwide. The clean, mild flavor complements almost any dish from grilled vegetables and salads to marinated meats and flavorful roasts, all while maintaining a distinctly fresh taste. The secret to its superior quality and flavor lies in the speed of our process, from harvest to extraction in just a few hours.
Where to Find

About Olivos del Sur S.A.

Nestled between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, the area’s long, hot summers and mild, wet winters produce a soil that is ideal for growing olives that rival the world’s best. Olivos del Sur S.A., was founded here in 2004. Grown in a high-density grove system, our olives are mechanically harvested at the peak of their ripeness. Then, in our mill facilities located in the heart of our 6,500-acre estate, we extract and bottle our oil within just a few hours from harvest.
