Noor Fès is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil – farmed, hand-harvested, milled and bottled exclusively on our estate. It is made from 100 percent Moroccan Picholine olives, with an acidity level of 0.09 percent. The flavors are the authentic taste of Moroccan Picholine, beautifully balanced between spicy and intense fruitiness. The resulting oil is high in polyphenols and antioxidants.
