N6 Classico

N6 Classico was obtained from the processing of hand-picked olives in the first half of October 2019. These olives were processed within six hours of collection in the Leopard Pieralisi-type oil mill with cold extraction method. The cultivars present are 60 percent Canino, 20 percent Frantoio and 20 percent Leccino.
