El Peiró

El Peiró is a limited-edition estate EVOO and the essence of a unique terroir. The oil comes from a high-altitude farm located in Cabacés, Priorat. Our Almazara Master specially selected this plantation for its climatology and orography (terraces) that give the olive tree an identity transferred to the oil.

About Moli Coloma - La Boella

Molí Coloma, located in Subirats, is an old paper mill from the end of the 15th century. On the farm, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, are the facilities where our oils are made. The olives are hand-harvested at their optimum ripening point directly from the tree. The time between the harvest and grinding the fruit is reduced to a maximum of 1 hour. All this allows us to produce high-quality EVOO from fresh olives.
