Moli Coloma Arbosana

This native variety from the Penedès region in Catalonia has been recovered in recent years. Our Arbosana oil comes from groves close to the coast of the Camp de Tarragona area, where the climatic influences are beautifully transferred to the oils. This EVOO has a complex profile characteristic of the variety, with medium green olive fruit identifiable on the nose and mouth and highly diverse secondary vegetal aromas.

About Molí Coloma - La Boella

Molí Coloma, located in Subirats, is an old paper mill from the end of the 15th century. On the farm, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, are the facilities where our oils are made. The olives are hand-harvested at the optimum ripeness directly from the tree. The time between the harvest and crushing the fruit is reduced to a maximum of one hour. All this allows us to produce high-quality EVOO from fresh olives.
