The Mavroudis family owns and operates a very well-known and one of the largest olive oil extraction mills in Corfu, Greece. The brothers established this modern olive mill in 1992, being the first to use the cold extraction process. Here they process the families' olives that they gather from their 2,000 olive trees along with olives from 800 other local families and professional farmers.
