Masserie di Sant'Eramo Peranzana
The Peranzana cultivar is native to Puglia and encompasses Apulian culture and history. It is a precious variety obtained from the scrupulous selection of olives harvested exclusively in the first days of October and pressed the same day, characterized by a medium fruity, decisive and enveloping taste, perfectly balanced in the bitter and spicy components.
Where to Find Tradition, care and passion for quality: these characteristics have fueled the success of the Masserie di Sant'Eramo along with the choice to be faithful to the basic principles of the Mediterranean diet. Artisanal processing methods and the constant search for the balance between nutrients and taste characterize every one of our gastronomic specialties.
