Le Radici IGP Toscano features green lighting on an antique golden background; it unfolds with sweet almonds and bananas. In the mouth, it is clean and balanced, with notes of ground nutmeg.
My name is Laura, and in 2002 I founded Il Clivio degli Ulivi with one goal: producing top extra virgin olive oil. The farm is in Capalbio, Tuscany, Italy. Il Clivio stretches over 12 hectares, nine featuring an olive grove of 3,000 trees. We have three brands: two monovarietal EVOOs – Frantoio and Leccino – and one blend, Le Radici. All three labels are certified IGP Toscano. Since 2020, we have been transitioning to organic.
