We cultivate 4,000 trees on our family estate in Provence. Nestled in the heart of the Parc Régional du Luberon, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, we prioritize quality over quantity to produce an organic extra virgin olive oil that truly reflects the soul of the land. Harvesting early in October, we use vibrating combs and nets to work in harmony with nature. With a polyphenol count of 783 mg/kg in this latest harvest, we’re extremely proud to share a truly regenerative elixir.
Where to Find Once a 12th-century Templar commandery, La Cavalerie estate sits in the foothills of the Luberon, within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Owned by the Ungaro family—first Emanuel Ungaro, then his daughter Cosima—it boasts 4,000 olive trees. Its organic PDO extra virgin olive oil offers artichoke and raw almond notes with a peppery finish. Made from early-harvested green olives, it’s rich in antioxidants and boasts a high polyphenol concentration (783 mg/kg), crafted for exceptional health benefits.
