Isbilya extra virgin olive oil is lime green. It is complex on the nose with high-intensity green attributes and notes of leaves and freshly cut grass. It is balanced, bitter and spicy in the mouth. The presence of nuts, especially walnuts, and retronasal vegetables with high final persistence stand out.
