The olives are cold-pressed using only mechanical methods to preserve their quality. The oil is vibrant green and offers a medium-intense, balanced and persistent fruity flavor. Its aroma evokes freshly cut grass, artichoke leaf and subtle notes of shelled almond, creating a fragrant and harmonious experience.
Where to Find Frantoio Il Mandorlo is a family-run company founded in 1974 by grandparents Lino Lonari and Pasqualina, nestled in the picturesque hills of Florence, Italy. Now managed by the third generation, the company has evolved significantly over the years, advancing in both cultivation practices and milling technology, which allows us to produce organic, high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
