The Leccio del Corno variety is a highly prized fruit that is present only in Tuscany. The small trees were planted about ten years ago, and today we have a small production, which we intend to increase over time. This fruit's excellent quality is unparalleled among the Tuscan varieties from a qualitative and organoleptic perspective. The resulting EVOO has very high polyphenolic and nutritional values.

I am Romina Salvadori and with the indispensable help of my family, I produce extra virgin olive oil in Bibbona, on the magnificent Tuscan coast south of Livorno. We have made extra virgin olive oil our way of life, conceiving life and its rhythms, even before considering it our job. We could not help but make extra virgin olive oil in an area with centuries-old traditions of olive growing.
